Reforms being implemented in the library sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan

Abstract
This article analyzes the reforms being implemented in the library sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Libraries are one of the important institutions in the intellectual and cultural development of society. The article examines priority areas such as modernizing the library system, implementing digital technologies, and improving information and library services. It also reflects the legal framework in the library sector, state programs, international experience, and the development processes of modern library centers. Recommendations will be given on the integration of libraries into the education and culture system, problems encountered in the sphere, and ways to solve them. This article tries to deeply study library reforms and define the prospects for their development.
