Abstract

This article examines the role and importance of sound engineering of
entertainment arts, which has its own characteristics depending on the tasks being solved, the
specifics of the material, expressive capabilities and production technology of an artistic spectacle.
The author pays special attention to the process of creating the sound of a performance, film,
television and multimedia program and its main stages. This work reflects important aspects of the
realization of the creative idea and the materialization of the sound structure. Based on his
experience and activities, the author reflects the necessary stages of working with sound in screen
art, as well as a complex of various important aspects that a sound engineer should know and take
into account when implementing a creative idea.
