Abstract
When creating a stage play, the Director directs it to the right path, concentrating all the components of the theater. The director achieves this goal by implementing his main thought, idea, by leading a creative ensemble that works on the stage appearance of the play. This process requires professionalism. At the same time, the development of the art of directing this professionalism is considered a decisive stage in the prosessin.
