Abstract

Psychotechniques of acting refers to the various techniques and approaches used by
actors to access and effectively convey emotions in their performances. This article explores the concept of
psychotechnics in acting, highlighting key aspects such as emotional recall, subtext, triggers, listening,
improvisation, vulnerability, release techniques and more. These Psychotechniques allow actors to reveal
their emotional depth, create authentic characters and connect with audiences on a deep level. The article
highlights the importance of emotional context, resilience, anchoring, adaptability and resilience in acting.
