Abstract
This article highlights the role and significance of directing in the education system. It
discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the art of directing, its role in guiding students through
creative processes, and the enhancement of education quality through modern technologies. The article also
analyzes the importance of directing education in developing leadership and organizational skills among
young people.
