Abstract
Understanding the state’s scientifically grounded activities aimed at supporting and developing culture-specifically, identifying models of relationships between the state, society, and culture; defining the main priorities in this field; proposing key ways to implement them; and determining the state’s position in these processes-necessitates numerous studies in the realm of cultural policy. Within this framework, the article highlights the socio-cultural aspects of “cultural policy”, its concept and interpretation, drawing on scientific works by both foreign and local scholars. In addition, models of cultural policy are analyzed retrospectively.
