Abstract
This scientific article is devoted to the study of the technical and artistic
characteristics of creating radio plays (audio dramas) in the modern media space. The research
analyzes the transformation of sound design in the digital era, the psychoacoustic impact of studio
acoustics, and modern miking techniques. Specifically, it addresses the issues of shaping acoustic
space to create a "presence effect" for the listener, the use of microphone polar patterns, and the
artistic application of the "proximity effect." The article is intended for sound engineers, media
professionals, and students.
