Abstract
The article discusses the issues of organizing of information-bibliography service of
reference-library institutions. The reforms that are being implemented on the scale of our Republic
regarding reference-libraries have been touched on the content-importance, perspectives and stages of
developing of these processes. The issue of educational importance of libraries in the improvement of a
perfect person is based on the education of young people with new ideas in Uzbekistan, including modern
educated young people.
