Abstract
This article discusses the uniqueness of the Karakalpak people's art of bakhshi and its role today. The art of bakhshi requires preparation, attentiveness, patience, and great effort from the performer. This article also discusses the stages of formation of bakhshi art, performance techniques, artistic and aesthetic features, and its role in the modern cultural process.
