Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive study of a bronze cauldron dated to the 6th–
5th centuries BCE, housed in the State Museum of History and Culture of the Republic of
Karakalpakstan. Typological comparison, technological reconstruction, and museological analysis
are applied to clarify its function, ritual semantics, and value as evidence of interregional exchange.
The novelty lies in interpreting the object through the intersection of local metalworking traditions
and features associated with the Scytho-Saka horizon.
