Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive historical and pedagogical analysis of the formation and development stages of the library system in the territory of Karakalpakstan. Libraries are examined not only as social institutions for information transfer but also as an important pedagogical environment that directly influences the moral and ethical development of students. The study reveals the functional potential of libraries in shaping spirituality, their historical evolution, and their modern transformation on a scientific basis.
