Abstract
This article examines modern strategic management models in cultural and art institutions
under the conditions of digital transformation. The study analyzes theoretical approaches to strategic
management, innovative governance mechanisms, and the impact of digital technologies on organizational
performance. Based on a comparative analysis of national and international practices, an integrated strategic
management model is proposed, combining strategic planning, innovation management, digital
transformation, human capital development, and performance monitoring. The findings contribute to
improving management systems in cultural and art institutions and can serve as a methodological basis for
the sustainable development of the cultural sector in Uzbekistan
