Abstract
The article presents a holistic analysis of the orchestral work “Yoshlar Bahori” by the
contemporary Uzbek composer J. Charshemov. The piece was commissioned by the organizers of the
Republican Festival of Folk Instrument Orchestras held in Nukus and was written in January 2026. The
article examines the work's form, genre features, texture, melodic structure and harmonic language.
