Abstract

This article analyzes the psychological factors that play an important role in organizing sports competitions. The influence of athletes’ psychological preparation, motivation, stress resistance, as well as the relationship between coaches and teams on sports  performance is highlighted. In addition, the theoretical and practical aspects of creating an effective psychological environment during competitions are discussed.
