Abstract

In the article discusses the importance of adapting the cultural context, developing
cultural competence and emotional connection and the application of active listening and empathy.
Relevance of intercultural communication in business, education and cultural sphere is also being
considered. It is intended for everyone who seeks to develop their cross-cultural competence and improve the
quality of their communication with representatives of other cultures.
