Abstract

Special abilities are also necessary for any teacher, without which it is impossible to
achieve appropriate pedagogical and psychological competence. If music is for teachers, musical talent is
essential. Such a set of skills will be vast and complex. The difference of the musical-pedagogical work
ability is the presence of an art-image component among its structural sections, which means that this
component is a separate category in the general structure of the music teacher's activity.
